The rooms are spacious, consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a kitchen corner, and a balcony. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including delicious cheeses, various kinds of bread, and refreshing juices. the hotel has a nice roof terrace with a jacuzzi and plenty of chaise longues by the swimming pool.

There were occasional problems with the internet connection, and the service was quite expensive for our times.

the location is ok, near the beach and near the main shopping centers. at night a little noisy during high season depending on which room you sleep, because of tghe many bars/disco's in front of hotel.

i travelled a lot in my life, i never payed my double room € 116/night, without revceiving a remote controle for the tv. you have to pay 4,5€ more by day.. for this price you also don't get access to the sauna neither, and if you don't clean the kitchen in your room, they charge you €30 more, i suppose the cleaning wives there have a reel luxury life. the breakfast is ok but only boiled eggs as hot served. anyway this is a hotal where a never would stay again, typical germain mangement, some staff doesn't understand english, even the room manuals are only in german and spanish..

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Playa del Ingles. the location was fantastic. It was just a short walk to the beach, and all the popular bars and nightlife were right next door. It was so convenient to have everything within easy reach.

During my stay at this hotel over Easter, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the fact that the room had a balcony. The hotel's young and friendly staff were always ready to help and provide tips about the city. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the beach and near several restaurants.

the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, and the wifi connection was really weak in my room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as a good value for money option.
